My name is Jade Evans, and I have loved animals of all shapes and sizes my whole life but horses have always been my main focus. I got my first dog at four, and I started taking English horseback riding lessons at six. In school for my senior project I learned how to Barrel Race and documented it on video. I did a live 20 minute demo on the school soccer field, got an "A" on my project, and was mentioned in my principal’s speech at our graduation.

I was accepted to a Scholarship Program under a well-known horse trainer in Stephenville, TX. Two months into the program, I was asked to hire-on and help take care of 70 – 100 horses as well as about 200 head of cattle. I worked there for 6 months, and have since decided to move back here to Albuquerque, NM in hopes of growing my business. I'm thankful to the many people I learned from and who helped me through my journey in Texas. I had many opportunities that I wouldn’t have ever thought possible thanks to my parents/family and the friends I made in Stephenville. Getting to work with the caliber of horses and trainers that were on that ranch has been a huge honor and a great learning opportunity.

I've studied many types of training styles over the years, and have developed my own style of training with a combination of methods that best benefit me and the horses I work with. It is always most important, in my opinion, to change your method of training to cater to the horse, not try to mold the horse to fit your training program. For example, a Mustang can’t necessarily follow the same training program as a Quarter Horse bred for a performance lifestyle. That being said, with the correct training program designed with the horse in mind, many things are possible, and that’s what I’m here for.

My goal is to make everyone’s life with their four legged partners as easy and enjoyable as possible.
